Miyowa appoints new Chief Financial Officer.

Paris - Thursday 22 October 2009  - Miyowa, the global mobile social networks aggregator, announced appointment of Grégory Ducongé, as new Chief Financial Officer.

Grégory will bring his expertise to support the continual growth of Miyowa. In 2009, Miyowa has expended its activity into Asia and United States with offices in Singapore and Cupertino. In 2009, Miyowa also turned profitable. Grégory will have the responsibility to drive Miyowa's profitability in all subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Miyowa, Grégory built his career as CFO and member of executive committees for the main divisions of automotive global supplier Valeo, between 2001 and 2009. Grégory succeeded the reorganization and improvement plan of the Spanish division, enabling it to become one of the most productive of the industry. Grégory started his career as cost controller for Bakery Chef, a US Kentucky-based industrial company.

Grégory holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University (United States) and a Master Degree from Montpellier Business School.
